Les Marmitons Niagara Gala Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
NOTE: This policy applies only to Gala registrations and not to hotel room reservations or cancellations. Please work directly with the hotel for any cancellations or changes to your hotel reservation!
The space limitations of our venues and the food preparation time needed by our chefs requires us to limit the number of participants and set cut off dates. To avoid disappointment (and save late registration fees) please register for the gala and book your hotel rooms early.
Refund Schedule for Cancellations:
All registrations may be cancelled for full refund (minus a $50 administration fee) up to May 1st, 2022.
Any cancellation after May 1st, 2022 may be partially refunded, at the discretion of Les Marmitons Niagara.
Cancellations for any excursions or other events (including our Thursday Night Early Bird event) will be subject to this policy.
In order to minimize the processing fee, we may elect to provide refunds via cheque sent to the address provided in your registration.
To be eligible for a refund, you must make the registration team aware of your reasons for cancellation as soon as you become aware of the need to cancel.
Claims for a refund must be made in writing to the Registration Team email (click here for link) no later than June 26th, 2022 (14 days after gala).
